Clearing a Space

Clearing a Space practice can be used on its own or as a first step in a Focusing practice.

It is beneficial during times of high levels of stress, overwhelm, sleep problems and many other situations.

It may be difficult working or studying effectively with a messy desk, clearing the desk may take some time but it will create a sense of control, peace of mind and clarity. This is the same with our minds.
